Office Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven person that can operate independently and within teams. This position will be primarily customer service and office admin duties. Knowledge of the fireplace industry is a plus but not required. Our work environment is casual but with a professional attitude. We work hard but like to have fun too!


  • Ability to interact with customers via phone and in person.

  • Manage and delegate schedules.

  • Fireplace showroom/product knowledge, will train.

  • Customer notifications of upcoming appointments/install/service.

  • Greeting and assisting customers who visit the showroom.

  • Daily use of Google Sheets for transactions, etc.


  • Previous reception/admin assistant experience preferred.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work in Google Docs and MS Word.

  • Ability to work in Google Sheets and MS Excel.

  • Must be friendly, outgoing and be able to work as a team, detail oriented with a professional presence and a proactive work ethic.

  • Office Administration (1+ Year Preferred)

  • Customer Service (1 Year, Preferred)

  • Language: English (Any secondary language is a benefit)

  • Work Location: One location

  • Hours: 40 Hours (Full Time) 25 Hours (Part Time)

  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

  • Hourly: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • Monday thru Friday

  • 8:00 - 5:00 Full Time or 9:00 - 3:00 Part Time

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Fireplace 1 year (Preferred, not required)

  • Must LOVE DOGS

Hourly: $15 to $19 depending on experience.
